First and foremost, thank you for shopping with us! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return policy is here to assist you.

Returns

Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  •  Final sale items, underwear, and swimwear are not eligible for return.
  • Once we receive and inspect the items, we’ll notify you of the refund approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

Process:

  1. Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. You will receive a return authorization and detailed return instructions.
  3. Securely pack the items (original packaging preferred) and include the return authorization.


Non-Refundable:

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (unless due to our error) may receive a partial refund or no refund.

Exchanges

Eligibility:
    •    Exchanges are allowed within 30 days of purchase.
    •    Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Process:

  1. Contact customer service with your order number and the item(s) you wish to exchange.
  2. Receive exchange authorization and instructions for return.
  3.  Send back the item(s) securely packaged, including the exchange authorization.
  4. Once received, we’ll process your exchange and ship the new item(s).

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately with your order number and issue details. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.
  •  We recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance to ensure your return reaches us.
